BLS Research awards scholarship to high school senior

We are so excited to announce that Isabelle Bowden, a senior at Valley Regional High School in Connecticut, is the 2018 recipient of The Empowerment Scholarship, a program sponsored by BLS Research & Consulting and She's Speaking, a local Connecticut nonprofit.

Isabelle was chosen because of her impressive record of leadership as well as her potential to support and inspire other women and girls.
