New blog: How the Sandwich Generation Is Managing Their Careers

I wrote this article about the growing number of people who have to care for both their own families and their parents. Part of the solution to the caregiving crisis is to build a stronger safety net for members of the Sandwich Generation by providing paid family leave, affordable childcare, and support for caregivers.
